How I will govern if elected

DRAFT

If I am elected to any office I will govern with the following rules in mind.

I believe in strictly obeying the constitution. If the constitution says the government can't do something then it should not be done. If the constitution doesn't give the government the power to do something then it should not be done either. I think if other elected officials obeyed these rules 99 percent of the current laws today would not exist.

Two good examples on that are:

The Second Amendment says the government can't infringe on the peoples right to bear arms. But despite that there are over 10,000 laws which regulate guns. I would repeal every one of these unconstitutional laws which regulate firearms.

The Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendment make it illegal for the government to regulate drugs. Despite that fact almost two thirds of the people in American prisons are there for committing drugs war crimes. I would repeal every one of these unconstitutional drug laws.

I think the ONLY purpose of government is to protect people rights. And not one thing more.

If I am elected I will not attempt to pass any new laws that regulate people. I will attempt to repeal as many existing unconstitutional laws and regulations as possible. I will not vote for any new taxes and I will vote to repeal as many existing taxes as I can. I will do everything with in my power to stop government growth and reduce the size of government.

My biggest complaint about the constitution is that it doesn't provide punishments for government officials and rulers who disobey the constitution. I wish there was some punishment for the bureaucrats and elected officials that disobey the constitution. I would certainly help to make government smaller. Perhaps the founders intended for the Second Amendment to provide this punishment for out of control rulers.

My other complaint with the constitution is that it doesn't limit the power of government enough. Eminent Domain which gives government the right to steal peoples land and property is wrong and should be eliminated. The power to tax people is also wrong because taxes are the same thing as stealing.

I am more or less a Libertarian Anarchist and think that any government that uses theft to fund its operations is wrong. If I had my way I would eliminate government any government that uses force to govern altogether.

I am not a bomb throwing anarchist who doesn't believe in any government or rules. I am all for government when the people governing have the consent of the people being governed. This type of government is very common in the world today and examples are clubs, organizations and businesses where people operate together for common causes and give their consent to be governed.
